Payment
Our knobs are all custom and therefore we require full payment of the knobs and shipping before production can begin. Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns
We insure all shipments. Any breakage in shipment must be handled through UPS.
When your order is received, open the box immediately to check for damaged or missing items. No adjustments will be made beyond 7 days after receipt of the shipment.
NOTE: Each order is a special order created by hand. We do not accept returns unless the incorrect products were shipped. We highly recommend ordering one knob, before ordering the entire amount, if there is any question about the color, size, or shape, and how it will work in the home.

Durability
We use borosilicate glass. You may be more familiar with this kind of glass as the Pyrex bake ware that is used in the kitchen. The same glass is used in research laboratories. The qualities of this glass allow it to withstand great fluctuations in temperature as well as rough handling.
Our knobs have the same qualities since they are made from the same kind of glass. Only recently has this glass been available in colors, by adding mineral combinations. Perfect for labs, cookware, and now your cabinet hardware. It is truly a new art medium.
